WAEC CONSIDERS HIRING OWN SECURTIY PERSONEL

WAEC OFFICE IN ACCRA

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) is considering hiring its own security personnel to protect its offices and examination centers.

The move comes after a recent attack on a WAEC office in Accra, which resulted in the theft of examination papers.

"The security of our offices and examination centers is our top priority," said a spokesperson for WAEC. "We are exploring all options, including hiring our own security personnel, to ensure the safety of our staff and the integrity our examinations."-
