One step closer to official operations, UAE air cab company begins recruiting and training pilots

Archer Aviation, which will operate air cabs in the UAE next year, announced on Monday that it will begin recruiting and training pilots for its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, a move that brings air cab operations in the UAE one step closer to reality.

The US-based company has partnered with Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Aviation Training (EAT) to recruit and train Midnight aircraft pilots.

Etihad Aviation Training provides training programs for airports, pilots and cabin crew. Etihad Airways, Wizz Air, Air Arabia, Dubai Airlines, Oman Air and many other airlines are among its industry partners and customers.
